We are looking for a Product Data & Business Insights Intern to support our B2B Product by bringing structure, clarity, and insight to our metrics ecosystem 📊.
This role exists because today our Product and Data teams need additional hands to:
🧩 Organize and validate key B2B metrics
📈 Build dashboards for different audiences
💡 Turn data into insights that can be used by Product, Leadership, and Marketing
The intern will play a critical role in defining OKRs, KPIs, correcting metrics, building dashboards, and creating a data knowledge base that supports decision-making across the company.
🧠 Key Responsibilities
📊 B2B Metrics & Data Foundations
Organize, validate, and document core B2B metrics, ensuring consistency and reliability
Support the definition and tracking of OKRs and KPIs for the B2B Product
Identify metric gaps, inconsistencies, or opportunities for improvement
📉 Dashboards & Visualization
Build and maintain dashboards at different levels:
🏢 C-level (high-level, strategic metrics)
🛠️ Product teams (operational and execution-focused metrics)
Ensure dashboards are clear, actionable, and aligned with business goals
🔍 Product & Business Analysis
Perform ad-hoc and recurring analyses to support B2B product decisions
Translate data into insights and recommendations — not just numbers
Collaborate with Product Managers to answer key business and product questions
📚 Data Knowledge Base for Marketing
Create and maintain a centralized data knowledge base with key B2B metrics, definitions, and insights
Enable Marketing teams to leverage data for:
📣 Campaigns
🧠 Messaging
📄 Case studies
📊 Performance analysis
🧩 Main Projects
Definition and consolidation of B2B OKRs & KPIs
Creation of structured B2B dashboards in Superset
Metrics correction and alignment across tools
Documentation of key data concepts and metrics for internal use
Insights generation to support Product and Marketing initiatives
🛠️ Required Skills & Tools
✅ Must-Have
Solid knowledge of SQL
Strong skills in Excel / Google Sheets
Experience with Google Analytics (GA)
Strong analytical and structured thinking
🌱 Nice-to-Have
Experience with Superset or other BI / visualization tools
Previous exposure to B2B products, SaaS, or marketplaces
Interest in Product Management, Product Analytics, or Data Analytics
