HR Internship - Performance & Recruiting
We are seeking a driven HR Performance Management Intern to shape the future of feedback at Wheel The World. If you're passionate about improving team performance, this role is perfect for you!
Main Responsibilities:
- Internal Research: Investigate existing performance systems and metrics within Wheel the World to understand what’s currently in place and where improvements can be made.
- Evaluate Team & Individual Metrics: Assess the effectiveness of team and individual performance metrics, identifying gaps and areas for enhancement.
- Research & Recommend Platforms: Explore and evaluate platforms that can support our performance and feedback management, offering recommendations for implementation.
- Build Performance Hubs: Assist in designing and creating a centralized hub for managing performance measurements and feedback, ensuring it aligns with our business goals.
Qualifications:
- Program or Project Management experience, with a focus on performance and feedback systems.
- Strong background in HR with an understanding of performance management and feedback processes.
- Proven experience in stakeholder management and collaboration across teams.
- Strong research skills with the ability to recommend practical and impactful solutions.
